My eyes are wet with tears of intercession….my heart is greatly burdened…my mind is filled with thoughts of loss souls and I’m grateful that God has heard my pleas for mercy for the unsaved. I’m thankful for the Holy Spirit who is very busy wooing those prayed for souls. I have to go because…I need to get back to interceding for souls…oh Lord oh Lord have mercy! Forgive us Lord! My God my God……….Jesus Jesus Jesus……

While searching for a picture, I found your blog and am now subscribed to it. Glad to meet a fellow intercessor. I felt compelled to share a dream with you I had recently (I have a lot of dreams) where I saw many people being busy, some discussing heaven or hell. I felt tired and wanted rest but could not find rest. Instinctively I knew the souls in hell never rested. (They shall not enter into My rest..) I began to weep and cried out something like, “Lord, have mercy on souls, or Lord, save souls”, something to that effect and very very fervently. During the dream I kept hearing a repeated knocking on what sounded like a wooden door. I had barely gotten to sleep when I had this dream, but I got up to pray. The dream was so profound I began to cry. This was placed in my heart: Jesus is knocking repeatedly on the doors of many hearts in an effort to get them to answer. Also, I’m supposed to share that He wishes others to know that they too, will receive ‘knockings’ which are nighttime awakenings, calls to prayer, for lost souls. The first time I received a knocking, I didn’t know what it was. The second time it happened, I remembered Samuel and asked, “Lord, I am here,” and awaited for a response. It wasn’t until He led me to a website that described how a woman of God received knockings in the night, which were a call to prayer. Then I understood. It may sound odd, but most of the time, my knockings come in the form of a curious wave of energy that either sweeps over me or ripples through me, awakening me.

So happy you stopped by my blog. You are truly an intercessor. The Holy Spirit has led me to pray for souls very intensely for this past year. I’m sure all our fellow intercessors are praying the same. I feel an urgency in my spirit… that time is truly drawing very near for our Saviors return. This is a time of prayer and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. It’s also a time of tremendous spiritual warfare. God bless and keep you as you serve our Lord in the ministry of intercessory prayer.

Sometimes, when life gets burdensome, we need to take our cares to God in prayer. It’s always a good time to do so! May He have mercy on us and rescue those lost souls!

I have been feeling that same burden in my spirit but for the most part its been in the direction of rescuing people from bondages that are capping them from really living out the walk in strength. May God hear our cries and heal the lands we all live in, Amen!
