Who in the world wants to talk about this subject? I don’t, but I will because we can’t hide from the difficult subjects in the bible. I will also give you 12 things that can help you out during these very trying times.

Many things are affecting us in our world now. God wants us to be aware and alert. Antichrist is anyone who confesses that Jesus is not from God. Antichrist can be many people but for the sake of todays blog we are talking about 1 deceptive person who may be here now or will be here in the future, that is antichrist.

After the church (those who have been born again and made Jesus their Lord and Savior) is taken to heaven supernaturally by Jesus (raptured is a word used about this), there will be a man who will deceive millions of people. He will exalt himself and proclaim himself as God. His goal will be world domination. He will want the world to worship him as their god. He will also blaspheme God.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 4 He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

Who is the antichrist? According to gotquestions.org “the Antichrist is the end-times false messiah who seeks, and likely achieves, world domination so that he can destroy Israel and all followers of Jesus Christ.”

This person could be alive today or he might be born in the near future. We just don’t know. I used to tell my husband and kids that Oprah was the antichrist. My reason for this was that she had become very powerful. I watched her every day. She was good at what she did. I saw that she had not only became a household name, but that people believed in her. She was a great inspiration to people from all walks of life. My family laughs at my prediction today but the antichrist could be anybody on this earth.

This is my thought about what is going on today in 2022. What has happened to our national leaders in any area of life? Where are the world leaders who stand out as great men and woman of moral character, integrity, and wisdom? Some of the top USA greatest are Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King Jr, Benjamin Franklin, Oprah Winfrey, Billy Graham, Thomas Jefferson, John F. Kennedy, Bob Hope, Bill Gates, Eleanor Roosevelt, Rosa Parks just to name a few. Most have died.

Where are the leaders of integrity of today? Many church/religious leaders have had moral failures in the past few years. Many entertainers, sports figures and other celebrities have also crashed and burned morally. Can we even trust anybody at this point? Billy Graham was a spiritual father to thousands of people. Now that he’s gone, who’s left that had that kind of influence over a great many people?

I don’t feel there is anybody that can bring about positive change to the masses. This is setting up the perfect atmosphere for a one world leader. Dr. David Jeremiah said this about the antichrist; “In terms of his outward appearance, this man will be strikingly attractive. The combination of his magnetic personality, speaking ability, and extreme good looks will make him virtually irresistible to the masses. The apostle John expands on Daniel’s description of the Antichrist’s blasphemous acts by telling us that every living person will be required to worship this man.”

What does this all have to do with us today? Plenty! We can see that the world is being set up for someone like this. Things on earth have shifted. People are falling away from church in record numbers. People have changed a lot because of reality shows, social media and covid. They seem to be mean spirited, less loving, and less tolerant of others. People are not following the laws of the land and principals from the bible. This is all leading up to a perfect storm of a takeover by one charismatic deceptive man, the antichrist who will seem like a beacon of light and hope for a great future for all.

Many bible prophecies have come to pass. These things are not supposed to alarm us because God let us know in His word that these things will happen in the last days. He also revealed what will happen to earth after the church has left. I think we recognize that things are changing around us and that we are in a different season in this world. Some people find this all very challenging and are struggling with all these changes. We need to find sure footing which is to be aware of what the bible says about spiritual warfare and what it says about how we can have peace in the midst of it all. All the information we need to survive 2022 and beyond is what God has already given us in the bible.

When there is going to be a big storm the town or county supervisor puts out a checklist for its residents.

Below is a spiritual checklist for the storm we are in:

1. Make sure your confession of faith is solid.
2. If you have never accepted Jesus as your Savior…Do it ASAP and be for real about it.
3. Batten down the hatches! Put on the full armor of God!
4. Be prayed up and worded up!
5. Go after the unsaved like you never have before!!! Spread the gospel by any means necessary!!!
6. Be forgiving and be tolerant of others.
7. Start doing work, (evangelism) in your own household. Be wise about it.
8. Think outside the church, that’s where the unsaved are. Look for them!
9. Focus on God daily.
10. Trust God like never before. Have faith. How? By hearing word of God and by remembering the past miracles in your life.
11. Remember Jesus ALREADY won this battle so go ahead and deal with your life with CONDIDENCE!!!
12. Don’t walk around all fearful! You are God’s child, He got you!
13. If weariness comes, get you some more grace from God!
14. Stay away from negative things, like people, news, TV, Movies. Be involved in things you and Jesus could watch and do together.
15. This goes without saying, pray continuously!
16. Keep in mind, God has prepared great things for us after we finish our work down here. Trouble don’t last always. Rest for our soul is comin”! Joy everlasting’! No more pain or sorrow!

The Battle is the Lords, and He wins every time!!!

God has our back!!!

He’s not a man that He should lie!

It’s His world and His way! Let’s let Him take the wheel!

He knows where this thing is going!

I’m seeing a vision right now……

In 2022 I see 2 cars pulling up to give us a ride. One car is a hooptie.(A beat up dilapidated car). The other car is a limousine. I see some people in the hooptie and satan is drive that one.  The people in it are scared to death. He’s speeding and driving erratically. He eventually crashes the car and people are hurt. He fixes the car and takes them on the road again. He has them coming and going on this never-ending ride of the nightmare of life.

Other people get in the limo. The road is rough, lots of pot holds. But in this limo is Jesus and the Holy Spirit. People are sitting close to Jesus, and He is praying for them and loving on them. What a beautiful sight. The Holy Spirit is comforting people and filling them up with an anointing oil that will see them through their life’s journey. Oh, I see angels sitting on top of the limo too.

Which car are you riding in?

You are not alone in this thing! Don’t be fearful and don’t be scared! We all will go through life’s trials. There will be hard sometimes. The road can be bumpy, but if you get into the right car………….

If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever: I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you (John 14:15-16, 18).
