Revelation 21:4 No more sadness ever!

No more pain…No more tears… because God will take ALL this away. There will NEVER be anymore suffering for Gods children!!

This past Sunday I sang a solo in church and was hoping to have a video of it but I forgot to charge my cameras batteries.  I’m going to post David Phelps version which inspired me to sing this song.  This song really made me cry and study Revelation 21 &22.  These scriptures have given me renewed strength in my present suffering and struggles.

I gave out to each person in the congregation a keepsake of this song and in it I wrote the words below:

There is a big connection for us to our God because of Jesus dying on the cross and His suffering.  This sacrificial act helps us to feel that God knows what we’re going through in our difficulties and we feel closer to Him because of this.  This makes our relationship with Him very intimate (marked by a very close personal association).   He is an intimate God and we His creations need to feel this special bond with Him.   In  Revelation 21:4 it says “He will wipe away our tears”…how sensual is that?  He Himself will be with us!  His name will be on our foreheads!  I will be His…forever!  The most personal thing I will experience with Him is I will see His face…I will see the love of my life. Every need we have ever needed to be accepted and to be loved will be met by looking at God face to face.

I’ll see pure love looking back at me and I’ll experience the greatest form of love that I could ever imagine! We have experienced the Holy Spirit in our life because He came to live inside of us upon our salvation experience, but we will experience God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit all at the same time and live with them forever!!  Wow!  So when this life seems to be too much for me….I’ll read this note I wrote and I’ll rejoice in all I have to look forward to and this will keep me refreshed and motivated to run my race and endure in my suffering!

I’m posting this because I pray that it will encourage others to hold on through all the difficulties that this life can bring because God has promised His children this:

Revelation 21:1-4

1Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

God’s book…We’re in it for a reason

God has kept a record of everything about all of us.  When my kids were born I had a baby book for all their memories and milestones.  Well God has that for us too.

Psalms 139:16 your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.

Why is God keeping a record?  Because we will be punished or rewarded for what’s happened with us while we were alive.

I believe God is going to bless me because I’ve endured through all my testing and suffering.  In fact there is a crown of life for us who have suffered.

Revelation 2:10 Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life.

James 1:12 Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.

Yesterday while I was in church I got very tired toward the end of the service.  I was thankful that I was able to attend church because I have been suffering with these chronic illnesses. I had my mind on the Lord and He spoke to me.  He spoke of the crown of life and that because of my suffering and endurance through it all….there will be special rewards and for me.  He said He wants me to continue to hold on to Him and the grace He provides for me constantly.

He told me I’m going to have complete happiness when I’m finally with Him.  He said that I won’t remember any of this pain and suffering and that I’m going to have a completely different life with Him.  He said I will be enveloped in His love and I will never experience fear again.

He told me my loved ones who are there are so happy and they are not worried about me.  They have perfect peace.  They will remember me when I get there…but right now they’re in a different realm.  He said they endured and He wants me to endure and to keep my eyes on Him at all times.  He said He will hold my hand through all of this.  (Precious Lord…take my hand…please)

He said when we die We’ll be in perfect love.  He said right now we have it but can’t experience it because of our human nature.

If we were to experience that kind of love in our souls right now… our spirits would fly right out of our bodies and head straight toward that love.  That’s how powerful God’s love is.

Right now we all have to experience our lives here on earth.  The good and the bad…we have to deal with it all  God will help us by the power of the Holy Spirit and with the help of earthly worker beings called angels.

We….you are going to be OK.  We should not question God a lot about ever little detail about our lives or about His ways.  He is only going to let us know but so much.  We should encourage each other and help each other make it or endure.  (This is why we should always pray)

While we are waiting our turn to get back to our Father…we should help others to know the way…which is through spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.

Today….I’m overwhelmed with what God told me yesterday and my own bible study about this today.  We should not dwell on dying….but we should be encouraged to know all the wonderful things God has prepared and has in store for us.  We all have a wonderful future.

I have no pictures today because I pray you will see the pictures in your heart of my blog which I hope is a great big Heart…God’s heart.

Waiting anxiously to see His face,

Tanya
