Heavenly Father,
Thank you for getting me through this year. I’m trusting you Lord to be there for me in the rest of 2013. God… this year has been full of life changing events for this world. There is not one person that has not been affected by something that has happened in our lives or in the lives of those around us. But God you have surrounded me you your love and grace!! Lord….I thank you so much for your word that has given me so much strength. I thank you so much Father… for the gift of the Holy Spirit who has nurtured me in such a way that I was able to stay right with you and as a result be blessed by you.
God I have so much to thank you for that I don’t even know where to begin. You in being who you are have been so good to me and have never failed. Thank you for all your love that completes me. Thank you for your very amazing grace. Thank you for your Son Jesus and for the Holy Spirit!
If it be your will I will see December 31,2013 11:59 and 59 seconds and if it be your will I will bless your name for another 365 days in 2014.
I praise your name today and I worship you and thank you from the depths of my heart for everything you have done for me.
There may have been great losses this year….but there was also great gains and lives saved physically and spiritually. We just can’t see or fathom all you do every day. You do millions of miracles every second of everyday! Oh if we could see all in the spirit. You are a great and mighty God! Thank you God….Thank you!
Please continue to bless us with your many blessings….in Jesus Name I pray….Amen!
Psalms 106:1 Praise the LORD. Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.

Thanks so much for the reblog. I pray people will think about how great God is and all that He really does for us everyday. People are quick to point out all the negativity in the world….but what about all that God does for us everyday.
Did I wake up in my right mind?….was I able to walk to the kitchen?….Did I eat today?….could I breath?….are my 6 kids and granddaughter ok.?..could I blink my eyes?…swallow?… and even if I couldn’t do some of those things I would still praise God because my walk with the Lord doesn’t depend on feeling or things…my walk is my relationship with Jesus Christ and my love for Him and His love for me.
Things might not always be there….people might not always be there….my body is falling apart with age and sickness. Had a mastectomy and a hysterectomy…most of my teeth are gone…but I am filled with Gods glorious grace and His love and strength.
And when I die…the angels will take me to heaven and I will have a new body and new home and best of all I’ll be with my Savior and I will never suffer from anything ever again. So why should I not be….so thankful…every day of my life? Just sayin” 🙂
Tricia…I love you girl….

There is nothing so beautiful in the world as a prayer which is offered with the right mind, the right thought, and the right intention. There is a wisdom in being able to see the beauty from hardship and pain.

I don’t know about beauty in pain…but I know the Lord says to count it all joy because of the work it accomplishes in our lives to refine us and teach us longsuffering and patience. Pain and suffering hurts but I thank God for Jesus and I thank God for ….grace….amazing grace! God bless you and keep up the pray support.

Praise and thanksgiving just seem to go together, don’t they, Tanya? And we’re called to pray and thank and praise ALL the time. Regardless of our circumstances, all of us can find something to be grateful for, starting with the love God has for us, His children!
