I was in the store yesterday and at 12pm the radio station the store had on played The Star Spangle Banner our National Anthem. I’ve heard it in stores at noon many times but this day I began to tear up while I was shopping. I was thinking about the many Christians being persecuted for their faith all over the world and I just started thanking God for the country I live in.
We just finished celebrating Veterans Day and I’m so grateful for the brave men and women who unselfishly serve and have served our country. I’m thankful for the faith that the early settlers had and the many who incorporated God’s heart into the laws that govern our country. Things are quickly changing though.
I am grateful to God for where he has placed me on this earth. I don’t want to ever take His blessing for granted.
My heart and prayers goes out to the persecuted Church!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My heart cries out for the continued freedom to express our faith without fear of repercussions.

Dear Tanya,
I am also grateful to God for this country. I am double thankful because the Lord allowed me to immigrate to this great country when I was 9. It is sad to see things changing. It is no longer politically correct to say “Merry Christmas” or to speak against homosexuality, but our country is still a great country and I am so happy to live here. May God continue to bless America!

What country did you immigrate from? I’m glad you’re here! But it’s unfortunate that like you said….we have lots of challenges here in this country. God forgive us and help us.
