1 Corinthians 6:19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;

This morning when I was praying I kept hearing the word Adonai. I called out to God….Adonai! I talked to God and He spoke to me and we had our time together. The thing I want to share with you is that we don’t own ourselves!!! My life was purchased and the owner is God! My life, my body, my soul is all for Him. I live for God. He is my owner…my master and my Lord! I will be with Him one day and will serve Him forever. My whole life has always been about Him and in 1984 I finally figured that out when my husband and I both became committed Christians and since that time…it’s all about serving Him and telling others about Him.

So I publicly say I am dedicated to my master…my Lord and my God. It was God’s plan all along and I’m happy to be following HIS program!

The sooner one gets this… the more you will understand why you were born, where you are going and you will have……peace.

Last Days?

The week before New Year’s Day the Lord gave me the message I wrote warning about what will take place in 2015. Sad to say…this is the first week of the New Year and many things have happened already. There are 357 days left in this year… oh my Lord….Help us! So far in Paris France many top executives of a company were executed.

In the USA a man threw his 5-year-old daughter off a bridge, 2 sister kill their 16-year-old brother, there’s been many highway car pileups because of the severe weather, 2 cops were buried and 2+ more have already been shot this year in this country. I tell you this not to alarm you but to let you know just how serious life is now. Many feel Christ return is very near. We don’t know the exact day of His arrival but we can recognize the signs of the times.

I want to say to you today to… Do God’s will! Obey Him! Know Him! Walk with Him! Listen to the Holy Spirit. Don’t get ready to go with Jesus….be ready!

In light of what’s going on in this earth…..the things of this world don’t seem to be that important anymore. What’s important is our faith, family, friend, love, and life. Money, cars, houses and things…not so much.

Mark 8:36 And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul?

Let’s change our perspective on life and be more God minded and more heavenly minded. Let’s think about others eternal destiny and snatch them away from Satan’s grip. Life is very short and tomorrow is not promised to anyone!

New Year’s message and prayer for 2015

Last year the Lord told me that it was going to be a “prosperous” year for His children. I’m His child and I can tell you that I have had a very prosperous year. God has met all my needs spiritually and financially. Spiritually…God is doing a new thing and taking me in new directions and it is incredible! He has given me a new voice, new friends and the best thing…more of Him. A closer walk! Halleluiah!!! The Lord also gave my husband an unexpected raise! I want to thank my God publicly for all He has done in my life!!

Now for the New Year of 2015:

In 2015 you will need to put on your seat belt for it! It’s going to be a very wild ride. “Breaking news”… will be the word for the day very often. Everything on earth for all its human inhabitants is very unstable and will continue to be so.

Many people will be fearful. Many will fear God has abandoned them. Anger will be the feeling of many. Many will turn to drug and alcohol use. Those who have weak minds may lose their mind. This world will groan like a woman in labor like never before. Some of the enemy’s antics will be sudden and swift. In my spirit… I hear lots of crying….but not only crying but wailing.

I’m angry and I hate everybody who doesn’t agree with my point of view!

Many people will be out of control. There will be a lot of lying and deceitful actions. Human life will mean nothing to those looking for trouble and someone to unleash their evil upon. Evil will infect the human mind like a plague. Those who hate will express that and will not even be aware of what they are doing because evil has blinded them. Sin will be rampant.

There is much more but I feel led to stop here. It’s a lot to take in. I usually have positive messages so this is hard for me but I feel this is what I’m led to share with you.

If you are a born again believer in Jesus Christ….a Christian….this is what I have to say to you….”FEAR NOT”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have all the fullness of God!!!! Our Father is….”POWERFUL”!!!!

Your weapon is your sword….the word of God! Your weapon for the battle is your prayer life! Your Helper is the Holy Spirit! Your best friend and the one who can unleash incredible answer to your prayers is Jesus Christ!

So what is there to fear? Death? Even death is gain…..eternal life with God? Never to suffer or shed tears again?

2015 for my brothers and sister in Christ….I hear this…… “Honor the Lord”…. with your service”. Get your work clothes on and be available for the Lord’s call. If you’re already doing stuff…. keep up the good work. There is a lot of jobs/ministries looking for faithful helpers. Find something and get involved. “Honor the Lord with your service”.

God is asking EVERYONE to spread the good news. God is asking everyone to be bold in their faith. Go out on that limb for the Lord. Take care of God’s business and He’ll take care of yours. Give God your time, money and talents. You will be blessed!!!!! We need all of God’s extra blessing and rewards that He will bless us with in this life as we put Him first in all we do.

Father God,

I want to first thank you God for all you have done for us this year. As challenging as it has been….we are all still here and alive. Thank you for sustaining us every day. Thank you for your protection and for all the guardian angels you’ve dispatched on our behalf. Thank you for every drop of food we had to put in our mouths. Thank you for water. Thank you for all the things you did for us that we didn’t even notice.

Lord….we need you! We can’t do this life without you. You are our only source of help and support. You are our strength. You are our protector and defender. Cover us with your wings Father.

Help us to overcome our fears in this frightening world as we put our trust in you alone. Thank you in advance for all the victories in 2015. In these last 2 days of 2014…I ask you to forgive us for anything we have done to displease you. Jesus wash us clean with your blood. Lord we give you all the praise Glory and honor that you deserve!

Jesus is the reason for the Christmas season

Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

When my kids were little… Christmas involved a big family traditional celebration. You know… Church programs, gifts for each child, cookie making, Christmas dinner and the list goes on. With 6 kids it was a big deal. When they were older we changed our family tradition to opening all Christmas presents on Christmas Eve beginning this event with their dad reading the Christmas story from the bible and then prayer. Christmas day was a birthday party for Jesus celebrated with a family dinner gathering. It was Jesus day!

Now that my 6 children are grown and living on their own…my husband and my tradition has changed once again. Our tradition now is a family dinner and a small amount of gift giving.

I have a new philosophy about Christmas now at my ripe old age of 62. I still think celebrating Christmas is a wonderful idea because Jesus was born and without His birthday we humans would not have had an opportunity to get right with our Holy God and have a chance for eternal life.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

For Jesus

My focus has shifted now to celebrating Christmas throughout the year and this also includes Resurrection Day also. I have one focus now days and that is to be all God wants me to be every day. My focus is on pleasing Him and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. Every day for me is celebrating the birth, life, death and resurrection of Jesus. I see my life these days as being all about my Triune Father God. Every day I look for some who needs encouragement or who needs Jesus. I’m also very grateful for my immediate family(husband and kids) and spend the other part of my time/life holding them close to my heart.

So I do celebrate the holidays but my focus is shifted. I’m not saying others should adopt my views…I’m just saying this is how I’m feeling at this time in my life.

Christmas without Jesus and Easter without Jesus is what?…………..

Jesus is every day …all day and all night. He is to be celebrated and praised 24/7.

There is one tradition that Jesus commanded us to celebrate and that is Holy Communion. I do that often whether at church or at home. Jesus felt that His death, resurrection and His sacrifice is important and I’m sensitive in what’s important to Jesus.

If the true meaning of Christmas has gotten a little away from you….you can put the focus back on Jesus. Think of a new tradition to incorporate more of Jesus into your Christmas celebration. See where you can tone down the commercialism and bump up the giving to others and keeping more of a biblical view of Jesus birth.

Heavenly Father,

We humble ourselves before you and thank you for sending your precious Son Jesus so that we can be in a right place with you. God…we thank you for all the love you’ve shown us. Lord as we celebrate the birth of your Son….please know that we worship and praise your Son Jesus for all the love He’s bestowed on us by sacrificing His own life for us. I pray for those who have lost loved ones and miss them so much during this Christmas season. I pray for those struggling financially and won’t have much during this time. I pray for those who are sick and for those who are suffering from depression during this season. I pray for those who need a Savior. I pray that as this year closes out that there is still time left for people to spread your love and let their light shine for you. Thank you for all the grace and mercy you’ve extended to us this year. Father God we give you all the praise, honor and Glory that you deserve and we ask these things in Jesus name….Amen.

Luke 1:45 Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!”

God spoke to me this morning and I’m sharing it with you. Believe what the Lord tells you. Believe what the bible says. Believe the Lords promises. Don’t just pray….but add your belief with that. When God sees that you’re trusting Him…you will touch His heart and He will respond with blessings.

Mary the mother of Jesus believed the impossible….that she would give birth to the Savior of all creation and she was rewarded. The woman with the issue of blood believed that Jesus could and would heal her and He did. When biblical spiritual knowledge comes into your mind….believe in God’s truth. Things will change in your life like it did for Mary. Yes… Mary knew she would become the mother of our Savior because an angel told her in a miraculous way. She could have doubted and thought “no way… that is impossible.”

God’s word is miraculous! The word of God(the bible) has POWER! Believe! You believed you were a sinner and that Jesus is real and see how much your life has changed? See how much you’re blessed?

Believe……Believe……Believe!!!!

Mary Visits Elizabeth

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

We all know this very well known and memorized scripture. But there is a two letter word in it that means so much to me and that is the word…”SO”. The script could have read that God loved the world. But there is so much behind that simple word…”So”

I want to talk about the love of God briefly. This is a topic that I could write for days about but I feel led to share this one point today.

I love God so much and when I pray I cry so a lot and very hard as I tell Him that I love Him. It’s because I can’t keep up with that amount of God’s love for me. I feel His love but it’s too powerful for me. His love for me makes me hungry for His love. My love for Him is unquenchable. I’m always panting after Him. In my human form I can’t take in all His love for me. One day I won’t have to hunger after His love because I will at last be fulfilled with His unfathomable eternal love for me.

Right now we try to get love from our spouses, family and friends and they can only give us but so much. We should not expect for our loved ones to always be able to fulfill our need to be loved. Only the Lord can give us all we need and even in that… we cannot receive in our heart and mind all the love God has for us…that’s why we hunger for more of God.

My little brother and my mom are with Jesus and I know that at this very moment they are receiving the full power of the love of God. Thank you Jesus!

So in John 3:16 where it says…for God “SO” loved the world…we need to really understand what is behind that little but powerful word …”SO”.

I want to say to someone reading this today that….God loves you!!! Forget about trying to understand all the negative things that have happened to you in your life. If you can hang in there…your eternal happy life will far outweighs anything you have gone through. God loves you so much and has your best interest at heart. Just know that He loves you and never doubt that even until your last breath of life!

This is the most serious blog I’ve ever written!

Who will NOT get into heaven and what will eventually happen to them.

But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars–they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.” Revelation 21:8 UNBELIEVERS WILL NOT GET IN!!!!!!!

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

¹⁰Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

These are NOT my thoughts. The bible says this! These are God’s rules! This is no joking matter!

I want to share with you a revelation I got about how bad it will be for those who have not repented from their original sin (Adam and Eve sin thing) and believed on the Lord Jesus Christ.

Remember when Jesus was going to be killed and He went out to pray?

And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. Luke 22:44 That is severe and extreme praying!!

An angel from heaven had to come down and strengthen Jesus just to help Him to be able pray even harder. Why do you think Jesus soul was in such anguish? Because He willingly took on our nasty sins to save us from God’s wrath and had His soul temporarily forsaken by God!!! Who the heck would want to be forsaken by God….even temporarily? If Jesus being who He was and knowing what He was about to face had to pray to the point of being emotionally drained and needing heavenly assistance…what will happen to the unsaved who will be completely forsaken by God??? God will turn His back on them…..FOREVER AND EVER FOR ALL ETERNITY!!!!!!

At the Great White Throne Judgment people who have rejected Jesus will receive their sentence for eternal punishment. They will be cast into the lake of fire.

Revelation 20:13-15 The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.

Every human being’s name appears in the book of life at their conception. But it is not permanently in the Lambs book of life.

Exodus 32:33 The LORD replied to Moses, “Whoever has sinned against me I will blot out of my book.

When a person dies their physical body is separated from their soul. If you die in sin you will also experience a spiritual death in which your soul is separated from God. Then in the second death or the Great White Throne Judgment…That final Judgment separates your soul from God…..forever for all eternity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO YOU GET HOW BAD THIS IS??????? This is NO JOKE!!! I cried so hard today writing this! Some of my family….my friends….my neighbors….even church members may not make it!

1 Peter 4:18 And, “If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?”

THIS IS VERY SERIOUS! People are dying very fast and so many at a one time! Airplanes are crashing, car accidents, diseases, illnesses; murders are taking people out left and right.

People are believing in false doctrines such as everybody‘s going to heaven no matter what and there is no hell.

INVESTIGATE THE REAL TRUTH FOR YOURSELF!!! Read the bible. You only get one chance!

The Holy Spirit is on this earth right now speaking to every single unsaved person about Jesus. Some people hear His voice and run to Jesus. Some run from Jesus and some can’t make up their minds. Many just ignore the voice inside they hear calling them. Everybody has a chance to make it to heaven because of John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. Whoever means anybody…every single person!

Yes…this world is turning darker but…..

In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. Mathew 5:16 Be a light!

Spread the Good News of Jesus so that people can be saved from the lake of fire!!!

If you have not repented from your sins and believed in Jesus Christ….please think about what I said today. There are no do over’s! Once you’re dead…that’s it. There’s no oops! There will only be….oh no!

You may think it will be fun in hell because many of your buddies will be there too…but I tell you…you will suffer the “WORST” torture. There are no earthly words to describe just how horrible it will be for you…it’s that bad!!! You are taking a huge risk everyday that you delay in your decision to believe in Jesus Christ. Am I trying to scare you? Yes I am!! The bible tells you how much God loves you…but most non- Christians aren’t impresses with that. So I wanted to tell you about what will happen if you chose to do things your own way.

Did you say you believed in Jesus and never really became a committed Christian? You could be AT RISK!

Many will NOT get into heaven! It will be death and an demonic escort straight to hell!

I’m a Committed Christian. Many years ago…I became very sick and thought I was going to die in the next few minutes. I remember my life flashing before my eyes. I began to ask God to forgive me for all the things I’ve done wrong. It was like a natural instinct to do so. Some people will die instantly. There will be no chance to ask God’s forgiveness and not be destined for hell.

I was in the store yesterday and at 12pm the radio station the store had on played The Star Spangle Banner our National Anthem. I’ve heard it in stores at noon many times but this day I began to tear up while I was shopping. I was thinking about the many Christians being persecuted for their faith all over the world and I just started thanking God for the country I live in.

We just finished celebrating Veterans Day and I’m so grateful for the brave men and women who unselfishly serve and have served our country. I’m thankful for the faith that the early settlers had and the many who incorporated God’s heart into the laws that govern our country. Things are quickly changing though.

I am grateful to God for where he has placed me on this earth. I don’t want to ever take His blessing for granted.

My heart and prayers goes out to the persecuted Church!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My heart cries out for the continued freedom to express our faith without fear of repercussions.

Our God Reigns!

Because His old Timex must be broken!

Sometimes we pray and pray and the thing we are praying about is not answered right away. I used to expect God to answer all my prayer request right away…but at the age of 62 years old…I’ve learned that God has His own timetable. Some of my prayers are answered very quickly. Some take a while and yet others are in a holding pattern. Sometimes God even says no.

God doesn’t deal with time at all! We humans live by it. Everything we do has to do with time. Thank God for the Holy Spirit who helps me to balance and deal with my timing and God’s “no” timing. The Holy Spirit’s way of helping me with God’s timing is to teach me…..patience!

God is aware of our timing issues though:

Ecclesiastes 3

A Time for Everything

3 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:

² a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, ³ a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, ⁴ a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, ⁵ a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, ⁶ a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, ⁷ a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, ⁸ a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.

Sometimes I feel His timing is a bit long or extended:

Revelation 22:12 “Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done.

Jesus is coming soon? In my book He should have been here by now.

Genesis 5:27 Altogether, Methuselah lived a total of 969 years, and then he died.

Now that is to much time! How many great-grand’s did he have? I’m glad God has shortened the time because I could not wait over 900 years to see Him!

This is why I wrote this blog title. God has some timing issues. I need to get Him watch.

The lesson for this blog today….We need to understand that our God is in no rush when it comes to us. He will take His time to do what’s necessary to prepare us for all He has planned for us in this life and the next. We need to understand His ways, accept His help and guidance in dealing with time and then trust Him. God no time issues…we do. We can sweat it or get it!

Father God,

Sometimes I feel you take a long time to answer my prayers when I ask you for some important things. I get really upset and I even cry….sometimes I cry hard. There was even a few times that I was real mad at you….I know you remember that. I’m so glad that through all of that you never stopped loving me and you brought me through those hard times.

You have taught me how to wait on you. Even when the answers aren’t coming as fast as I would like or you say no….I know you know what’s best for me. Father God…if I didn’t have the Holy Spirit I don’t know what I would do because He has done a great job in teaching me patience. And Father…Jesus has been right there loving me and keeping my head together with something that no one else has ever been able to do for me…and that is to give me peace.

Even today as I started out my day laying out all my needs to you….I know my prayers reached your ears. I know Jesus and the Holy Spirit are interceding on my behalf, I know you will never leave me or forsake me…so I am going to be still and sing my songs of worship to you. I’m going to praise you! I’m going to say Halleluiah anyhow! I know in a matter of time I will be in your loving arms because my brother Jesus came and got me or you sent for me. Father…I know all my prayers were answered when your Son died on the cross for me. Thank you for my life…I love you so much! Your Daughter…Tanya

God has never owned a Timex watch. He doesn’t need a watch!! There is no time in heaven. Time is an earth thing. God does know what we need and when we need it. He is very aware of earth time and has full control over it. It’s time we learn to ….trust His timing!

Are we really in the last days?

2 Timothy 3:1-5 1But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. 2People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— 5having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.

1Timothy 1:1The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons.

Jude 1:18 They said to you, “In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own ungodly desires.”

Mathew 24:3-8 As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. ⁵For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. ⁶You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. ⁷Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. ⁸All these are the beginning of birth pains.

We are so much so in the last days that people who are not Christians are questioning the sign of the times. Christians know that these are the last days because of what the bible says will happen. The news has been shocking ever since 9/11. It’s been one disaster thing after another. It’s all been so surreal!!! It was hard to hear last week that there was yet another school shooting!

My own niece’s school here on Long Island NY was on lockdown last week because for the second time in 2 weeks there was a weapon on campus. She had to sit on the floor with her teacher and classmates huddled together in her classroom with the door locked. They could only whisper to each other. This went on for over an hour until the all clear was given.

Here are a few things that are important to keep in perspective:

Don’t fear!!!!!!!! The bible commands us not to be fearful over 300 times.
Keep yourself prayed up and bible studied up.
Use wisdom and use good common sense about your daily activities.
Remember this: Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Psalms 23:4(but also keep in mind all of Psalms 23)
Trust the Lord!! 1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you!!
It’s a time for spreading the gospel and doing our part in this command of God.
There are 3 important things we should remember about God. The first thing is to remember who God is, the second thing is that He loves His creations (John 3:11) and the third thing is that He made sure the enemy was defeated!!!! Thank you Jesus!

This is my most important advice to you today. 2 Timothy 4:16 Watch your life and doctrine closely.

What is sound doctrine? Sound doctrine is the biblical truth.

This is my take on this subject. The bible is the word of God and is to be studied and obeyed by His creations. In it has everything we need to guide our spiritual and moral consciousness. We need to stick to the exact way God set this up for us and not be swayed by mans interpretation.

When you sense that what you’ve heard is different from what you’ve personally read and understood from God’s word… then you need to listen to that still small voice telling you something is not right. This is your life and you only get one chance at it… so make sure you pay very close attention to who tells you their interpretation of what Gods word says. (You can even interpret things wrong yourself so do your homework and research…get a commentary and study!)

Without good sound doctrine your spiritual life will be at risk. You will begin to feel fear and anxiety and things in you life will stop progressing as you had expected. You could be at risk for getting off track with Gods plan for your life.

So again….

2 Timothy 4:16 16 Watch your life and doctrine closely.

1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you
