A few weeks ago I did a blog on “Beloved-My very best friend”. Maybe you read that blog and saw a picture of me and a statue of Jesus. A few days ago that statue was vandalized.
I was disturbed because that is the statue that I took a picture with. They gouged out His eyes but I tell you God sees all. People will try to do everything they can to display their hatred toward Jesus but His story has lasted for thousands of years. They can symbolically try to gouge His eyes out but one day….It is written: “‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God.'” Romans 14:11
God please touch the ones who committed this vandalism in Jesus name.

What a sad, sad thing! People can be so cruel. Look what they did to Jesus when He was alive. As if smashing a statue can smash God or His Love for us! I hope somebody is planning to restore this one, Tanya.

I hope so. I was so moved by the statue and to see it like that was hurtful but I feel worse for someone who would do that. The place is a beautiful area and secluded so you have to drive a ways to get into it. My mother in law was catholic and invited us there for a special service in the chapel. My husband and I go back every year because it’s so beautiful. They have many other statues on the property but they chose to damage Jesus.
